CEREMONIAL CACAO
Organic ceremonial cacao beans are sourced from small local farms, and then gently roasted over a jarrah wood fire in the coastal town of Mandurah W.A. This method of roasting gives the cacao a smoky, earthy and delicious flavour. No gas is used to heat this cacao.
