After twenty four sessions of neuroptimal neurofeedbck I feel completely different. I struggled with ptsd for a decade before this, and I tried everything to alleviate the symptoms. Antidepressants, exercise, meditation, reading and talk therapy but nothing really worked that well. Starting with traditional NFB then moving onto dynamical training, Within two months of doing Neuroptimal neurofeedback; I have both reduced and eliminated the issues I was dealing with. This included irritability, sleeping problems, sugar and fat cravings, anxiety, disorientation, concentration difficulties and energy depletion. Generally I just felt very heavy but now I feel far more clear headed.
I'd recommend anyone with similar issues to do a this, it is certainly worth the cost.
